Axess International Limited - Trading Terms

Below is a general description of our terms of trading. For full terms and conditions, or terms of warranty please see the document downloads below. Please note documents are in pdf format.

1. Payment with order unless credit terms have been agreed, normal credit terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

2. Good stock that is not required may not be returned after 14 days from date of purchase from Axess International Limited.

3. Special order, sold to order and end of line items may not be cancelled once placed and may only be returned if faulty.

4. Items returned as faulty will be replaced, provided they are in warranty, unless prior agreement is made with Axess. No items may be returned without an authorisation number.
